A Outlines

Being an artist is a constantly evolving journey. The world of art and design is so vast that as an artist, you cannot simply put yourself in one box. As a visual artist, I have always been drawn to the basics of art, and drawing has always been a fundamental part of my creative process. It is through drawing that I am able to depict the principles of art and design.

While drawing has always been a passion of mine, I found that I was not particularly skilled at drawing faces. Rather than letting this discourage me, I decided to leave faces out of my work and instead focus on creating a true representation of the person or people in the drawing through accuracy in stance, angles of body parts, hair, and clothing. This allowed me to push my creative boundaries and develop new techniques for capturing the essence of my subjects.

Since 2018, I have been illustrating as a profession, and I have found that this approach has been incredibly successful. I began with famous, faceless figures and soon started to receive requests for individual portraits. This has been a positive and rewarding process, as I am able to create affordable art that is accessible to all.

As an artist, I believe that the power of art lies in its ability to connect people across cultures and experiences. Through my illustrations, I aim to create works that resonate with people from all walks of life, evoking emotions and sparking important conversations about the world around us. For me, the journey of being an artist is all about growth, exploration, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
